In anticipation of the Golden Harvest Event, the Customer Support team will, for a limited time, process reversal requests that fulfill the following criteria. Requests that do not fulfill these requirements below will be denied.
Any account that has completed a Talisman upgrade between October 1st and November 13th (before the update). This is regardless of having previously requested a Legendary Accessory Upgrade reversal. For the full list of the Talismans affected by this change, please refer to this link.
- Limited to a total of one Talisman per account
- Upgrade reversals will be limited to 3 stages only.
- Upgrades must have been completed between October 1st and November 13th (before the update).
- Tickets must be submitted on or before December 11th, in order to benefit from this temporary reversal policy.
- The ticket must be submitted on the account you wish to get the item upgrade reversal.
