If you purchased an item and received a purchase submitted message on your screen but have not received a confirmation email, this means that your purchase has not yet completed. Purchase notification emails are only sent to the email address on file once the purchase completes. If/when the purchase is captured/successful, or if the purchase attempt is declined, you will receive an email notifying you.
