How Can I Report Spammers?

We have implemented a system that greatly increases the speed of banning gold sellers, who spam our chat channels.

However, in order for this system to be as efficient as possible, it needs our players to report these incidents, as they happen. The more reports that a spammer gets, the faster our system and agents can investigate it.

There are two main ways to report spammers in Blade & Soul.

1) Report via the Chat Window:

1. Right-Click on the character name in the chat window.
2. Select the "Report" section.
3. Click on the "Report Spammers" option.
4. Click on "Report" on the new confirmation window. 

 2.) Reporting A Visible Character:

1. By pressing the "Esc" key, you can bring up the names of visible players, within a certain range. 
1. If you have another window open (ex. Inventory, Settings, etc.), you can move the cursor to right click on the character. 
2. Select the "Report" section.
3. Click on "Report Spammers"
4. Click on "Report" on the new confirmation window.
