If you are experiencing an issue with GameGuard and none of the suggestions in the GameGuard Error Knowledge Base article resolved your issue, we will need you to send the .erl files that are generated by GameGuard to Tech Support.
The following instructions will walk you through locating said files:
On your desktop, create a Zip file.
Open your file explorer and go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BnS\bin\GameGuard"
Find all the files with the file extension ".erl".
If you are unable to locate the ".erl" files, please do the following:
- In the file explorer menu, click "Tools".
- Click "Folder Options".
- Select the "View" tab.
- Uncheck the “Hide extensions for knows file types” option, and then click Apply and then OK.
- Copy all the ".erl" files to the Zip file created on your desktop.
Once you have all the .erl files generated by GameGuard please submit a ticket with the files attached. Also, please ensure you select Technical Support from the drop down menu before submitting your ticket.
