If after trying all of these adjustments the issue still occurs we recommend trying the following steps:
XIGNCODE3 errors can sometimes be caused by 3rd party programs interfering with the game client. If you’re experiencing crashing or freezing we recommend you try disabling all 3rd party programs to see if it has any effect on your issue. Sometimes XIGNCODE3 errors can be caused by the way your network is configured. If disabling the 3rd party programs and security software was unsuccessful, we recommend you attempt to bypass your router and connect directly to your modem as a temporary troubleshooting step in an effort to rule out potential router problems.
