To use a serial code that you received from purchasing one of our products, you will need to have an NC Account. Once you have an NC Account, you can follow the instructions or watch the video at the bottom.
To use a Blade and Soul serial code, log into the NC Account Management.
Click on the APPLY A CODE tab.
If you have a code to enter, you can do this under "Enter Your Serial Code".
Once the code is in the field, click on the "Activate" button.
Apply your code using the APPLY button.
Once activated you will see this message on the top of the page:
After activation, you will be able to find applied codes in your Transaction History:
