When contacting Technical Support, often times you will be requested to run a DXDIAG. This program provides the support team with a wealth of information that can be used to help troubleshoot your issue.
To run a DXDIAG test, please perform the following:
Click "Start."
Type in "DXDIAG" without the quotes into the field "Search programs and files."
Hit "Enter."
When the window for "DXDIAG" appears, click the button labeled "Run 64-bit DXDIAG."
Once loaded, click the button "Save All Information." You will want to save the file to your desktop.
