As a troubleshooting step to help resolve some issues related to connectivity, we recommend you try clearing your DNS (Domain Name System) cache. To do so, please follow the steps below:
Windows 8
- While on the desktop, press Windows Key + X.
- Select Command Prompt (Admin).
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Windows 10
- Press Windows key and search for “Command Prompt”
- Right click on the command prompt program and run as admin
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
This should clear your DNS cache. You may need to perform this command a few times.
